SAUDI WOMEN CAN DRIVE:
To celebrate the lifting of the Saudi Arabia driving ban for women, Arab News collaborated with illustrator Malika Favre to create an award winning iconic illustration to font a multi-media campaign. In addition to the cover wrap and souvenir edition, the illustration was animated for use across owned digital channels as well as being made available online as a free screensaver in a collaboration with the website 21Wallpaper.
The cover achieved the following accolades:

SND - Society for News Design Award of Excellence, Illustration - Award of Excellence, Cover story.

Created and printed vehicle bumper stickers which were distributed free with the newspaper.

Printed independently by Saudi Arabia's local flea markets on saleable merchandise such as hats and t-shirts.
